Jesse Jackson Jr.&rsquos marketing campaign that alleges major challenger Debbie Halvorson is &ldquocrazy&rdquo for voting 88 moments in opposition to President Barack Obama prompted Halvorson on Tuesday to accuse Jackson of &ldquolying&rdquo and employing race to divide voters.
